Our Paralegals

Our staff of paralegals, Jeff Mortimer, Jeannie Maddux Lukacs, Charlotte Mortimer and Susan Anne have a combined experience assisting attorneys file bankruptcy of over 43 years.  All of our paralegals are carefully trained by our attorneys and work together with our attorneys on every bankruptcy case.  They undergo weekly training with the attorneys and together with the attorneys work to provide as pleasant and stress-free bankruptcy experience for each client as possible.  Because of their extensive experience we enjoy an excellent reputation before the courts and trustees in bankruptcy because of the high quality of our work.
